Ascendant lifts offer lift maintenance around the northwest, northeast and Yorkshire. However, we also do maintenance throughout the entire UK, not just in the aforementioned areas. No matter where you are in the nation, you will 100% get a great level of service from us and that’s a promise.
Lifts are like cars where if you invest properly into them, they will return the favour by performing at their best. Because of this, if you don’t get proper maintenance done, the lift will likely not work as well.
A proper lift maintenance schedule may be the lifeline your lift needs. In the UK, you must get a minimum of 2 lift maintenance visits a year (these are separate from LOLERS). However, due to frequent usage and other factors, we may recommend more if necessary.
What Is Preventative Lift Maintenace?
Preventative lift maintenance is where lift engineers spend more time to site to ensure all possible faults are identified and fixed. This can save the client money and ensure minimal disruption.
How Many Lift Maintenance Visits Should I Have Yearly?
For a passenger lift, you need to have at least 2 lift maintenance visits annually. If your lift sees frequent use and depending on type of business, more visits may be needed.
