We have secured a lift maintenance contract win for a housing group located in the Northwest.
This contract is a initial 3 year term. However, if the housing group wish to, they can extend it by 2 years. The tender process to acquire the contract was tough, we went against other companies. Some of these companies were significantly bigger than us.
During the tender process, we made sure everything was perfect, as this contract was something we really wanted. The process involved a in-depth prequalification questionnaire with evidence to support this. The final selection culminated in a formal interview stage before a panel of housing representatives.
Thanks to our transparent pricing, fast response times and proven safety records, the client awarded us with the contract. Our commitment to customer care and tailoring our services to that of the customers specifications and expectations lead us to be the successful service provider.
Upon completion of the tender, we set out a robust maintenance schedule and promised only the best possible service for the client. As well as this, we offered the housing group our full preventative lift maintenance package, which further secured the contract win.
The smooth immobilisation of this contract over the last couple of weeks by our in-house experienced team has already received positive feedback from this new customer.
Ensuring maintenance is done regularly and properly works wonders for your lifts. if your unhappy with your current level of service, please feel free to get in touch. With us, we promise to give you the best possible service.
