“I just wanted to let you know that your engineer Shah attended our passenger lift at our Cotswold unit in Duston, Northamptonshire yesterday as the lift had gone down.
I logged the call with Emma at your Midland office and she advised me that the engineer would be out within the hour.
Shah arrived on site on time considering the M1 was totally closed Southbound, and it was the end of the day. He was professional and courteous and attended the lift immediately. Furthermore, He was confident and a pleasure to deal with. He spent over 2 hours on the lift and in the end got it operational. This allowed us to get 12 Residents in their wheelchairs upstairs and safely into bed.
Due to the nature of our business and our residents being wheelchair bound it was imperative that the lift was operational to transport everyone upstairs.
He waited onsite once the lift was operational. He only left when the staff and residents had queued at the lift to get to bed, and everyone was upstairs and safe.
