This week we finished a lift modernisation project at a shopping centre located in Washington, Tyne and Wear. this client is a brand new customer for us, so ensuring excellent service was crucial. We were asked to quote the modernise the goods lift, and shortly after successfully quoting we started the works.
We retained the existing Alberto Sassi motor and gearbox, but installed new:
- Schneider equipment – Control cabinet and inspection drive unit, including all new shaft wiring, COP & LOP’S with TFT’s
- Car top control box
- New lift ceiling light
- Re-roped the lift
- Fitted new shaft lighting
- New car gate switches and strikes
