A Car Park in Manchester had a lift that was in need of a refurbishment. The lift was out of service for a good while. The lift was out of service due to age and reliability issues. Car parks often have multiple floors, meaning lifts are handy in this type of building, it also helps disabled people in getting to their floor.
After a chat with the Manchester Car park company, we agreed a lift refurbishment would be the best way forward. Lift refurbishments are an excellent solution for old/unreliable lifts as the parts are upgraded, rather than being replaced with a new lift. A lift refurbishment makes the lift function like a new lift, without the hassle of installing a new lift.
After a thorough inspection of the lift, we analysed what needed to be done. Over the course of the job, we installed a new panel, as well as a COP and LOP’s fitted with anti vandal. We tidied up all the wiring with a painted pit.
Since the work was completed, the car park have witnessed no issues and efficient lift travel. The company were impressed with our customer service and expertise of the lift industry.
Is your lift old and regularly going wrong? a lift modernisation can solve it.
