Museum Maintenance Contract Secured

Museum maintenance contract

Recently, we managed to secure a 3-year maintenance contract for a world renowned museum based in Leeds. The museum possesses a treasure trove of ancient artefacts and objects. Furthermore, The building houses Japanese samurai armour and swords, famous movie props, the armours of Henry VIII, and even armour for an Indian war elephant.

In addition, the museum is part of a group which features 2 other renowned museums.

The process begun back in May, with an initial call to the museum. After some weeks of conversations with various contacts, they eventually decided the maintenance contact would go out to tender. We ensured Ascendant Lifts was one of the bidders.

We maintained close contact with the customer for clarification and regular updates throughout the tender process, after which the detailed tender response was submitted ahead of the deadline.

Ascendant Lifts has lots of museum maintenance contracts with an extremely high level of understanding of the museum sector. As well as this, we are known for rapid response times, deep knowledge and very competitive prices. Finally, these factors were the reason why the customer decided the museum maintenance contract should be awarded to us.

The contract begins this month and we are grateful they chose us to have the contract. With us, they are certain to have great service and excellent high quality work. If you are not receiving the service that you deserve, please contact us.
