What they wanted to be when they were younger: A Fighter Pilot
As operations manager Andy manages the day-to-day operations of the Northwest & Midlands branch to ensure it remains efficient and profitable. He oversees many aspects of a business, including productivity, improving processes, and managing resources. Having previously spent 10yrs in the RAF, this has given Andy some very useful transferrable skills such as delivering large-scale maintenance or operational projects and leading teams.
In his spare time, he loves playing golf, coaching his sons football team and he is also a season ticket holder for Oldham Athletic.
