One of the clients in question was a valued retail customer, the other was a customer based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
Their lifts remained out of service for a long time, partly due to budget, past work not being up to scratch and other factors. We knew they could be getting more out of their lift work. Eventually, they got in contact with us and we took action to make their lifts in service once again.
We attended both sites, and reviewed the lifts in full, noting things like usage, age, etc. After our findings, we decided lift modernisation was the best project for these lifts. The client agreed and we successfully modernised their lift, well done and thank you to our brilliant suppliers and engineers who did an excellent job with these projects.
Both clients were satisfied with their investment, and now they have seen the rewards first-hand with efficient, high performance lifts. They have shown interest in using us again, after being impressed with our response times, methods of working along with our excellent customer service.
