Great Places Housing Group

Great Places Housing Group provides general needs rented homes and tenancy services as well as accommodation and services that promote independence and well-being for some of society’s most vulnerable people.

On this contract, we carry out 24/7 repair and maintenance services for 200+ lifts in residential houses, including care homes, situated throughout Northwest England. These buildings consist of high-rise social housing buildings, libraries, offices, residential apartments, and domestic properties.

We meet all stipulated KPIs that have been agreed with this client, which is a 2-hour response time and entrapments responded to within the hour, and always ensure we go above and beyond with our service provision.
