Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust provides health and care services to over 500,000 people in Northumberland and North Tyneside.

On this ongoing contract, we deliver lift Maintenance to 22 lifts in 10 healthcare sites and hospitals across the estate. This includes the provision of lift status reports (these reports are for any lifts that have been left out of service, showing the date and time the lift went out of service to the time the lift is returned to service, it also shows what the fault is with the lift and what action is required).

Field Operatives always ensure they are aware of their surroundings and that they are entering sites where people are being treated and can be vulnerable.
